If you have access to your cPanel, you can do the backup on your own.
Login to your website cPanel at http://yourwebsite.com/cpanel
Find Softaculous, usually located near the bottom, under Software and Services.
Once inside, look for All Installation icon on the top right corner.
Find the installation with your website URL, and click on Backup icon
Make sure the two checkboxes are checked.
You can make a note to yourself for this particular backup in the Backup Note field.
Click on Backup Installation.
Once the progress bar reached 100%, your backup is now ready.
