If you have access to your cPanel, you can do the backup on your own.
Login to your website cPanel at http://yourwebsite.com/cpanel
Find Softaculous, usually located near the bottom, under Software and Services.
Once inside, look for Backup and Restore icon on the top right corner.
Hover to the backup you want to restore and click on the Restore icon as shown below.
Once the restoration is done, your website returned to the same condition and status of the last backup you restored.
