The reward points are not added automatically. The tutorial below shows how to add reward points to customers based on order placed.
1. Login to admin dashboard.
2. Navigate to Sales > Orders using the sidebar menu.
3. In Orders, click View
4. In Options, click the '+' sign to Add Reward Points
5. The reward point is successfully added.
