In this guide will introduce you the types of different options that are available to cater your usage.
Options is useful when you want to add different product choices to a product, such as Color, Size, Custom Made Option, File Upload, Delivery Date, Multiple Add-ons and so on.
Type of Options Available
Select: Normally use for sizes (S, M, L, XL) or colors (Red, Blue, Yellow), which you requires customer to select only one out of the many choices from drop down menu.
Radio: Same as Select Option, with different display method, allow customer to choose only one option. Uses radio buttons instead of drop down menu.
Checkbox: Customers can tick to select whichever applicable. Useful when you have extra accessories to upsell or addon/customization options. Customers able to select multiple checkboxes.
Text: Provide a text input field for customers to write in. Useful when the product is customize.
Textarea: Provide a textarea input field for customers to write in. Useful when need to write customize message.
Date: Gives your customers the choice to pick a date. Useful when you want to give customers the choice to specify their own Delivery Date, or other purposes that requires them to input date.
Time: Gives your customers the choice to pick a time. Useful when you want to give customers the choice to specify their own Delivery Time, or other purposes that requires them to input time.
Date & Time: Gives your customers the choice to pick date and time. Useful when you want to give customers the choice to specify their own Delivery Date and Time, or other purposes that requires them to input date and time.
File:
Allows your customers to upload a file. Useful when they need to upload their own image for t-shirt printing or other usage.
