Newsletter sending system is included in Deluxe and Ultimate Plan only.


This newsletter system allows you to send bulk emails to specific customer groups. You can use this feature to send newsletters, information on specials, or to communicate any type of store information to select groups of customers, or all of them. 


Customer groups are especially useful in emailing specific groups of people instead of every customer stored in the administration. For more information on how to create a customer group, see Customer Groups. 



The Newsletter system page can be accessed from Marketing > Mail via the sidebar menu.



2. Draft the newsletter email




To: Select the list of group you want to send your newsletter



Types of group to receive newsletter:

  • All Newsletter Subscribers: Send to everyone who has subscribe to your newsletter during registration or in their account, aka Opt-In list.
  • All Customers: Send to all registered customers, despite they subscribe to your newsletter or not.
  • Customer Group: Choose this when you only want to send to a specific Customer Groups.
  • Customers: Choose this when you only want to send to specific customers.
  • All Affiliates: Send to all registered affiliates accounts.
  • Affiliates: Send to specific affiliates.
  • Products: Send only to customers who have ordered products in the list.


* Subject: The email subject title of your newsletter


* Message: Draft the email newsletter content here, you can customize the text by bolding it, insert link or upload images (refer the guide and best practice for uploading images).


We encourage you to draft your newsletter content / image at your own pace and in the comfort of your preferred workspace first.


To avoid image file corrupt or unable to be preview in the email, it is advice that you upload the image instead of copy and paste.



3. Click the Send button to send out the newsletter. 



Some Extra Tips

Select the image and choose 100% for best preview size in email


Adding URL to your image by

1. Click on the image and select the Image Attribute icon.

2. In the popup, put in the full URL (like https://domain.com/year-end-promo)

3. Click OK button after done.




Send Test Email

To check your email before blasting to subscribers, you can send a test email to yourself first.



1. You can add yourself into 'Test Newsletter' customer group.


2. Next time when you want to send the test email, you just have to select the Customer Group to 'Test Newsletter' for previewing purpose.
